On August 1, 2006, the City of Suffolk hosted National Night Out. National Night Out is a crime and drug
prevention program, to encourage people to come out of their homes and take a visible stand against crime.
Each year neighborhoods across the city organize events to bring members of the community together. This
year, Hall Place Civic League, Inc. in collaboration with West End & Baltimore Civic Leagues, were "Ganging up
for Good". The JuJu Jazz Band, from Main Street Jazz Restaurant, provided the entertainment as the residents
spent the hot evening eating, drinking water, and getting information about Gang awareness and prevention.
Please consider making a tax deductible donation to help us continue our work. Thank You!
